McCarthy/Columbia Daily Tribune | David Walker reaches out to comfort Kristina Morris in their hospital room hours after their son, Tyler Joe, was still born at Columbia Regional Hospital Family Birthing Center in Columbia, Mo. The Wellsville couple's son was expected to be the first baby born this year in Boone County. After more than 20 hours of labor, the baby was still born shortly after midnight January 1. Tyler Joe weighed eight pounds, 12 ounces, and was 22 inches long. "He was beautiful," Walker said. "He looked just like his mom." Copyright: CDT |
