October, 2020 [ recent winners ] << previous next >> Third Place: "Social Distance Candy Delivery" Matthew Hinton | Halloween 2020 began with trick-or-treating for the kids with a specially designed social-distance tube to deliver candy by Mark Romig, top right, in the Fontainebleau neighborhood of New Orleans. Romig's age group is more susceptible to COVD-19 complications so he and his partner came up with the idea to roll down the candy through the scary ghost pipe to kids while waving from his porch.
