The attraction is one of three, nationwide that are built by sculpting teams upon a structure of harvested icicles and repeatedly coated with water. Ice Castles opened before New Year's and continues to evolve at each location as winter progresses. Towers of ice at the Utah location can reach as high as 20 feet.
