| Corey Perrine/Naples Daily News | Vladamir Casanova of Miami, right, was part the first wave of swimmers to enter the water Sunday, Sept. 29, 2013 at the Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort, Golf Club & Spa. A total of 301 individuals and 22 teams competed in the annual Marco Island Triathlon. Participants swam .25 miles, biked 15 miles, and ran 3.1 miles. Diego Corredor finished in the top spot for the males in 1:07:31 and Kate Vann, both of Fort Myers, finished in 1:13:41 for the females. Copyright: Naples Daily News |
