| David Bitton/Appeal-Democrat | Dylan Cranford, 16, said, "I was bored so I entertained kids by painting myself" during the annual Fine Arts Festival hosted by the Yuba City High School art department Thursday, May 17, 2012. High school students helped first- through fourth-graders from seven Yuba City schools at the more than 50 booths that included spin art, ink block prints, newspaper hats, face painting, beaded necklaces, eye patch, tissue flowers and painting.
