| Will Lester/Inland Valley Daily Bulletin | While under mandatory evacuations a young boy sits in an upstairs bedroom of a home on Elm Crest Court as the Pendleton Fire burns on a ridge directly behind the home Monday night. The boys family was in the backyard with firefighters and were ready to leave at a moments notice. The Pendelton Fire in Yucaipa began to run towards homes Monday evening August 31, 2009.
