10/3/2002 --- Utah State Women's Basketball ---LOGAN, UT: Utah State head women's basetball Raegan Scott-Pebley works up updating a database in her spartan office, guarding the lone basketball she has. "We've been so busy we haven't had time to order more," Pebley said. After a 15-year absence, Utah State has reinstated women's basketball and will begin play in the 2003-2004 season.
