2/14/03 --- UTAH STATE WOMEN'S HOOPS--- LOGAN, UT: Utah State women's head basketball coach Raegan Scott-Pebley puts her arm around a recruit as she give her a tour of the campus. Utah State reinstated its women's basketball program on March 5, 2002 after a 15-year absence and is scheduled to begin play in 2003-04. The recruit later signed to play for Pebley and Utah State.
