2/13/03 --- UTAH STATE WOMEN'S HOOPS--- LOGAN, UT: Utah State head women's basketball coach Raegan Scott - Pebley and her husband Keith Pebley look over a new home. Balancing new jobs and establishing themselves in Logan has been a challenge. Keith was recently hired as an assistant football coach at nearby Weber State. Utah State reinstated its women's basketball program on March 5, 2002 after a 15-year absence and is scheduled to begin play in 2003-04.
