2/13/03 --- UTAH STATE WOMEN'S HOOPS--- LOGAN, UT: Utah State head women's basketball coach Raegan Scott-Pebley carries a bag of balls as she walks to her car after working out some of her players. Scott - Pebley and her husband Keith are expecting their first child in the summer, just a couple of months before the start of practice. Utah State reinstated its women's basketball program on March 5, 2002 after a 15-year absence and is scheduled to begin play in 2003-04.
