12/21/2003 --- UTAH STATE / RECRUTING TRIP ---PHOENIX, AZ: Raegan Pebley sits with her husband Keith while watching a game in a tournament in Phoenix, AZ. Pebley was scouting potential players for her Utah State basketball team at a tournament one of the largest girls high school basketball events of the year. Keith is an assistant football coach at Weber State and they don't get to spend a lot of time together.
