The undersigned, by participating in all or some of the activities of the Sports Shooter, Inc. workshop, hereby assumes all risks of injury, damage, loss, or other calamity from any and all causes, and the undersigned waives the undersigned's right to make any claim or file suit or other proceeding against Sports Shooter, Inc., a California corporation, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, or other representatives for any such injury, damage. loss, or other calamity arising from participation directly or indirectly in said workshop, including, but without limitation, all risks associated with the undersigned participating in extracurricular activities, such as sporting events and exercise training.

Students: Your registration will be complete once you receive a confirmation that we have received a check for your registration fee. Registration fee for FULL-TIME students is a non-refundable $25.

Non-students: Your registration will be complete once you receive a confirmation that we have received a check for your registration fee. Registration fee is $125 (for sportsshooter.com members) and $150 (for non-sportsshooter.com members).After Sept. 15 the registration fee increases to $150 (for members) and $175 (for non-members).

$100 of the registration fee is refundable before Sept. 15, 2004. The registration fee is non-refundable after Sept. 15, 2004.
