Just a mish mash of a couple events I've covered in the past few weeks. First I was in Oklahoma for the Mt. West Conference Swimming and Diving Championships and actually learned a ton about shooting swimming since I hadn't done much of it prior to this. So, it was a good crash course in shooting something that I'm a little bit of a newbie at.
Then I was in Iowa last weekend for the NCAA Division III Wrestling Championships in Cedar Rapids, IA. Man, that is one cold place! Got some great images from it and met fellow Sportsshooter Member Cliff Jette.

I first picked up a camera during a semester of studying abroad in Cape Town, South Africa and haven't put it down since. After graduating from Connecticut College in 2001, I attended the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies in Portland, Maine. After finishing the program there, I moved back home to Denver where I currently live and work. I am a regular contributor to Lacrosse Magazine, Rockies Magazine, Gameday Magazine (NFL), Broncos Magazine, and the NCAA News. I shoot mostly sports, but am capable of shooting portraits and documentary stories.
