| Image © 2008, Mike Vander Veer || 18 March 2008 - CHENEY, Wash: Cheney Firefighters remove debris and search for any remaining hot spots in a mobile home at Presnell Trailer Park located at 2225 1st Street in Cheney, WA Tuesday evening. A teenage male, who wished to remain unidentified, was asleep in the rear bedroom of the trailer when the fire started, and escaped through a window after being awakened by thick smoke entering the room. Despite the mobile home being completely demolished, no one was hurt in the blaze. The cause has yet to be determined. |

A couple images from a trailer that caught fire in Cheney, WA Tuesday evening. The only resident home was asleep when thick smoke awakened him, and escaped out of a window unharmed. The mobile home was a complete loss, and the residents will be provided shelter by the Red Cross. The cause of the blaze is still under investigation.
