How did you become official arbiter? Not that I don't like the idea. Its like the Cowboys being "America's Team". How did that even happen?
How can we be sure Seale can Q, just cause he says so, Texans say they can do alot of things but never deliver.
Why pick on Canadians? The young lady with you in your icon photo has all the classic Canadian features.
To all who want to join "the club" I think you just have to be nuts and choose photography as a means of paying the bills. I guess that was a redundancy, if you are a photog you gotta be nuts.
Wow, and to think Covatta, his list and fashion sense are ground zero for the nut job thread of all times.
Ain't it cool?

->> *****CONFIDENTIAL TO ALL INNOCENT BYSTANDERS OF THIS THREAD*****

i was wrong....this isn't a bad skit from "saturday night live" gone horribly awry....it's much, much worse.

apprently, we're caught in the filming of the remake of "Cocoon", the '80's movie starring hume cronyn, wilfred brimley, and don ameche.

for those of you unfamiliar with this film, here's a brief synopsis:

"The aliens take on human form and stash their counterparts in a swimming pool, but then a group of ELDERLY CODGERS discover the pool and after swimming in the water find themselves rejuvenated, with boundless energy and insatiable appetites. Soon the retirees are forced to choose between living out their lives on earth with their families, or leaving with the aliens and attaining immortality...."

or, perhaps the hollywood video recap says it best:

"popular geriatric fantasy about old folks promised eternal life by aliens"

yup, that's what this is. ain't no other explanation.

The fact that the Canadian boobsled team partied hard (to be nice) with German skater Katarina Witt back in the day is a BIG IN.
The problem for Canada is Mexico. Great women, great food, beer, beaches and tequila and they never complain that America is killing the sport of hockey.
