->> Now back by popular demand --- "Mad Max Meets the Great Burrito" ... on my ss.com member page.

AND ... thanks to all of the participants at the Workshop & Luau 2003!

Special thanks to the Nikon crew that were at the Manhattan Beach Marriott this weekend ... Ron, Mike, Scott, Armando, Mark, Steve and the fabulous group of technicians and tech reps.

People --- we could not have hosted this GREAT weekend without Nikon's vision, support and help.

There MUST be an annual SportsShooter DVD...

Kahuna Production and BSPN video shorts, Luau seminar presentations, slide show+music productions (like Vincent and Ben's).

O Great and Grinning Kahuna, I'd be willing to bet the multitudes would gladly finance even the simplest production of these offerings if it meant they could keep the memories forever.

->> Found a five pound burrito today while covering the Big West Tournament in Anaheim. The restaurant was the La Casa Garcia on Harbor and Chapman. Didn't have the stomach for it and the monetary incentive, but I was wondering is this the place where the "Five Pound Burrito" video was born. Let me know, I will be in Anaheim until late Sunday night. Maybe if this is the place I go back and challenge myself to take it on.

Well Max I had the Carne Asada it was great. I wish that I had taken the 5lb. challenge. It would have been fun. I saw Bert at the Big West Women's Game, didn't get to talk to him. Maybe if anyone wants to meet up it would be great. I think that if I get a chance I will take order up the 5lb. burrito and see what I can do.

If I do I will skip the pre-game..............

->> Great. Here it is lunch time and I am craving a burrito. Best we can do here in C-town is Chipotle http://www.chipotle.com which probably comes in at 2 1/2 pounds, and last time I ate at Champps they offered a burrito that had to be all of 5 pounds. I ate half for dinner, 1/4 for lunch the next day, and finished it off a few days later.

->> I'd love to try that burrito. Back at home in Columbus, Chipotle will always have a special place in my heart. :)

but now I've discovered the Burrito Buggy, possibly Athens' finest... and with people here getting late night food cravings... errrrrr the munchies, I'm surprised they *don't* offer a 5lb. burrito.
