PhotoMechanic Help
Bryan Woolston, Photographer
Louisville | KY | USA | Posted: 7:33 AM on 04.04.17
->> Bad News: The computer went south.
Good News: I was able to complete a full back-up.
Best News: No Info was lost.

Thank you, MacBook, for being simple enough for a grunt like me to save my professional life.

THE PROBLEM: After reinstalling, I cannot get PhotoMechanic to transmit to FTP addresses. FTP destinations were loaded as before and PM will send to Photoshelter, just not FTP addresses. I've tried several different address... no joy. Does anyone have similar experiences?

Thanks in advance.

->> Sorry I can't help, but if you go to the PhotoMechanic/CameraBits Help Forum, I would guess you could get your answer. It has info on just about every problem or situation possible with their software.

->> +20 what Doug said. Support at Camerbits is the best! They just don't stop until they have the solution.

->> It's funny that they recommended deleting the connection and recreating it. That seems to be a fix for a lot of issues (kind of like power cycling your modem when the internet is working right). Glad you're "back" Bryan.
