->> What program are you using? Photo Mechanic, Bridge, Lightroom, CaptureOne? And what do you mean by tagging? Check boxing them as selects or adding EXIF data like your name in a copyright box?

->> Tags not showing up in Photo Mechanic even though I tagged in camera. This only happens with my 1 DX but works fine with the other. Using Lexar Professional 1066X Cards in both slots of both cameras. Checking box as selects. Just started happening.

->> Have you changed anything on the camera that isn't tagging such as doing a firmware upgrade?

I shoot Nikon which allows you to save your camera's settings on a memory card and then reload/share the settings with the same model. This is especially useful when you get one camera tuned in whereupon you just copy and paste the settings to other bodies. Can your Canon body do this? If so, copy the settings from the camera that IS working correctly and load them into the funky one. If that doesn't work, do a factory reset of the funky camera and reload the settings. If you can't save/load settings then just do the factory reset and see if that corrects the glitch; you'll have to then redo your settings manually.

And if that doesn't work then ask Camerabits support if they've heard of this problem. They test PM with a variety of cameras and memory cards. Their support email address is support@camerabits.com.

->> What Doug said. Also, if you've had that camera in for repair work the techs often reset all the settings to the default values.

->> If you have 2 cards in the camera make sure you are reviewing and tagging on the same card you are ingesting on.
