->> Looking for recommendations for 9"x12" T&I order envelopes that I can design front and back artwork for. I'd like to move to self-fulfilment and use a reduced product list. If the envelope vendor has a template I can use so much the better.
Thanks,
Gary |

->> I've used a standard #10 (business-size) envelope for years. There's plenty of room on the non-flap side for product offerings, especially a "reduced list" as you say. I have printed the flap side, but I find it's not needed with the items I offer.
Parents complete the envelope, include payment, and send it on picture day. I have space in the corner to track the shooting. Unless you plan to use the envelope to deliver the order, I don't know why you'd want a 9x12. I can send you a scan if you'd like. |

->> I get my stuff through Marathon Press. You can design your own info side or graphic side or use one of their designs. They can print the info side, black only for about $35 per 1,000 or you can print it yourself. |

->> I use the 8 1/2 x 11 with 3 1/4 Pocket from Mackay Mitchell and print them myself, though only do a few leagues a year which are smaller (250 or less). Works great. |

->> Gary,
I have printer that uses a carbon copy form so the customer can keep a copy of what they ordered AND has a removable adhesive label that the customer writes name and address on. This becomes the mailing label. This is a huge help when you self fulfill.
See if you can get a printer in your area that can create this. they are more expensive but in the end probably not as I don't need to write on the mailers and saves a ton of time, a simple peal and stick and off they go.
Another option to look into and see if it will fit into your workflow.
