->> Anyone here ever do Apartment Complex Photography?
I just had an Apartment Complex contact about shooting 10-15 images for use in Flyers, their website, and some commercial printing. They also want me to come back out in the spring to shoot 10-15 images that can't be done now due to the weather in our area. They do want rights to use the images.
Really looking for any pricing help on this.
Their rent range is $740 to $1450 for 1-3 Bedrooms. It's in a well of neighborhood in our richest city.

->> I'm not telling you what to charge, nor am I suggesting what others charge is anywhere close to being correct, however, a lot of "real estate" photography companies would charge between $200 - $350. Perhaps with two separate shoots, you could get that rate twice.

Not sure I agree with the pricing, but that's what you are up against.
