->> The wheel bearings on my Lowepro Pro Roller had become worn out over the last few months. It felt like I was dragging a bag of bricks, even if the bag was empty. I was about to purchase a new one, but thought I would give Lowepro support a shot first. I've owned it for several years and since it was due to normal wear and tear I didn’t feel it was a warranty issue. I sent a note to Lowepro support to check on the possibility of purchasing a pair of new wheels and Maury Cohen quickly responded. For about $22, I had a new set of wheels delivered in about a week. It took about 20 minutes to install the new ones and the bag now rolls like it's brand new. |

->> Chuck is right...I had two LowePro rollers fall apart on me and thankfully Delta ripped the side of one open so I got some cash and invested in a Think Tank roller. 11 years and 3 sets of wheels later it is still going.. total cost for the replacements, I had to fill out some forms for Think Tank so they could figure out a better wheel.....and they did. The latest pair is going on 5 years and still rolling along just fine. |

Chuck, thanks for the info. I didn't mind paying for a replacement part that was worn under normal wear and tear, but if you can get it for free, why not... |
