->> And the worst part of this is some bottom feeder will do the job. They will take it and shoot 5000 images and spend 50 hours in Photoshop fixing every issue and mistake. And word will spread that this bride found a $700 photog that was great!

Unless, and a sick part of me wants this, the shooter has one body that dies halfway through the day just before he/she knocks over a light stand into the wedding cake which then hits the candles on the table and caused serious fire damage to the venue. And of course, there is no insurance and no recourse. And no photos.

I'm hopeful.....

Need Wedding Transportation for August 15, 2015 (Danville, IL)

compensation: Willing to pay between $300-$350 cash depending on the vehicle(s) chosen... Not a traditional limo/car rental, just need A to B transportation that's 15 min away!

My fiancee and I are seeking a qualified driver/owner of a very nice luxury/exotic vehicle to drive us from the Church in which the ceremony will take place, to the wedding reception. Ideally, we would only need transportation for 30-60 min (Church is in Danville, IL and the reception is a 15 min drive from the Church, in Covington, IN - Beef House).

My fiancee and I are not the rambunctious/loud type and neither our are families. We both live in Chicago but the wedding will be down there and unfortunately, there are not a lot of options for classy and conservative limousines that are "up to date" in Central Illinois. Ideally, the driver and/or owner of the vehicle would be available in the noon/afternoon hour to simply be available to transport us to the venue in style and do so happily... Easiest money you can make, honestly. Instead of paying hundreds of dollars for a dated unappealing car for our momentous occasion, we are seeking other options.

We are seeking owners of the following vehicles without any type of custom modifications (i.e. aftermarket chrome wheels, bumper stickers, adhesive chrome vents or other accessories on vehicle, crazy paint job colors, rusted, dented, un well kept, etc). It is entirely too expensive for me to rent a nice vehicle to drive down for Chicago and to drive it back the following day and there are very limited options for "classy" and "conservative" limos in central illinois:

-2000 or newer Mercedes-Benz S-Class (S550, S63 AMG, S65
AMG, S600)
-2009 or newer BMW 750LI or BMW 760LI
-2008 or newer Cadillac Escalade ESV (Must be black or
White with the 22'inch factory chrome wheels and be
stock, no other custom mods or upgrades)
-2008 or newer Chevrolet SUBURBAN/TAHOE LTZ (Must be Black
or WHITE) (MUST BE THE LTZ trim model)
-2003 or newer LINCOLN TOWNCAR (MUST BE BLACK or WHITE)
(Must have no custom modifications or be in poor
exterior/interior conditions) (Must be 2003 or newer,
nothing less, body style changed in 2003)
-Bentley Continental Flying Spur (any year, must be stock
and in good condition)
-Rolls Royce Phantom (any year, must be stock and in good
condition)
-Rolls Royce Ghost (any year, must be stock and in good
condition)
-Any vintage Bentley, Rolls Royce, Mercedes-Benz (must be
in good condition, stock condition)

-Any other exotic welcome if you feel comfortable with me driving it if it's a 2-seat convertible/coupe, you could trail and be there the entire time (i.e. 2014+ Corvette Stingray, Mercedes SL, Bentley Continental GT, Rolls Royce, Porsche 911, Maserati, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Jaguar,

***Must be owner of vehicle with proof of registration so we know you're not "borrowing mom or dad's car or for us to know that it was not stolen or dealer principal/general manager if it's a vehicle from your dealership with dealer plates***

***Vehicle Owner and/or dealer principal/general manager must be willing to sign a basic legal contract to protect you and I and hold both parties accountable on the day of the wedding. Law enforcement wedding and reception, please do not respond with any potential negative alternative motives, it would not be wise***

***Does not mind vehicle to be photographed as a part of our wedding, may cover license plate while parked to protect owner***

***Must be nice, patient, approachable, dependable... It's our wedding day, we just want to have a good time bless someone with a little cash for providing us with their nice vehicle and share in our special day***

***Do NOT respond if you're expecting more than what we're willing to give or not comfortable with our terms***

Please e-mail me if you feel that you would be a fit or pass this along to the appropriate person if they meet the requirement and are willing to make some VERY easy cash, easier than a focus group. Just show up, look presentable (suit or business casual) and be willing to wait outside the church for us to depart, and chauffeur us or watch us drive your vehicle 15 min. to the reception venue (Covington, IN - Beef House), that's it! Total time needed, 2 hours tops, perhaps 1 1/2 hours.

About Me (Groom): Graduate Student, Perfect driving records w/o any moving violations or accidents, never suspended driver's license, LE Officer. (Fiancee) School Administrator, perfect driving record, and never had a suspended/revoked driver's license.

->> Good god that woman is picky with her central Illinois vehicles.

And doing the math, she is saying an hour of someone's time driving a vehicle is worth around $300. So a professional photographer with thousands in equipment shouldn't be paid the same?

She wants a professional photographer with professional equipment to photograph for 8 hours for $1000. That is $125 per hour just for shooting time and not including drive time, time to edit the photos, meeting with the client beforehand, etc.

So clearly she values 15 minutes of being chauffeured more than she values one of the few tangible things from her wedding that she will have for the rest of her life (her photos).

To each his own though...

Need a AWESOME Wedding Photographer & Videographer for Aug. 22nd, 2015 (Danville, IL & Covington, IN)

compensation: $700 CASH for all day Wedding Photographer & $500-$600 for Wedding Videography

My fiancee and I are seeking an awesome photographer with verifiable work that is AVAILABLE on August 22, 2015 for approximately 8 hours or less. Ideally, the photographer and videographer would be around to take many candid shots (minimum of 400 images) as well as typical wedding shots of the wedding party (8-9 people) at the church and reception at the banquet hall (15 min. away in Covington, IN). Preparation shots of the bride and her party and the groom and his.

We are looking for candid and "out of the box" wedding shots.

Preferably the ideal candidate will have:

-Verifiable photography/video work
-Multitude of professional photo equipment (tripods, lighting, diffusers, etc)
-PATIENCE! PATIENCE! PATIENCE! It's a Wedding!
-Prompt/On-Time
-Available during wedding preparation, ceremony, ceremony departure, reception arrivals, most of the reception (We don't expect photographers to stay the entire time until the last dance and departure unless you're led to do so and are capturing good shots, however, we are not prepared to pay additionally for each 1/2 hour or hour).
-Their own reliable transportation.
-Turn around time of 5-7 days
-Re-touching/Professional editing
-Editing of all negatives.
-Release of images in the form of a ZIP file. to be e-mailed
-Willing to sign a contract similiar to most photographers/videographers to avoid any potential legal issues.
-2 individuals (a seasoned photographer and a seasoned videographer)

Many photographers are not available and many photographers are quoting over $1,000. Unfortunately, our budget for the entire day $700-$800 for photographers and $500-$600 for a Videographer.

We understand that our budget may be lower than what many photographers are charging for what we are expecting and to want the same quality. However, we are confident that there are individuals out there that can provide the same quality, if not better, and could use the cash and the opportunity to potentially increase their photography portfolio and have a good time with our family during this time.

Please do not respond if you fall under the following:

-New up and coming photographer that is still learning
-Does not have a verifiable gallery in the form of a website/blog/facebook/Instagram fan page
-Is NOT available without interruption for August 22, 2015 from the late morning for prep until the halfway through the wedding reception, typical all day wedding coverage
-Does not have reliable transportation (Church & Hotel in Danville, IL) (Reception in Covington, IN), approximately 30 min. east of Champaign, IL.
-No experience shooting events such as weddings, business events, birthday parties, etc
-Not willing to sign a legal contract to assure business is taken care of for you and us.
-Will attempt to haggle for a higher price, we have no room to haggle and barely have a budget for this but we are making it happen. I am a full-time graduate student and full-time employed in Chicago and my fiancee is a recent Graduate School Graduate that also works full-time in Chicago. We hope we can be a blessing to someone by offering them this opportunity, despite it not being as high as competitors and us still expecting top notch work.
-Will attempt to persuade us that you can be both the photographer and videographer, this cannot happen because we need each person to do their job in sync with the other person.
