Nikon D750 Service Recall

->> Just wondering if any fellow SS members have sent their D750 in under the service advisory and what the return time was. I had to call Nikon Service and NPS to figure our how to get priority repair status since there is no way to indicate it on the on-line service forms.

->> Maybe all the D750 recalls are why NPS has had my 300/2.8 for a month on a warranty repair after the original repair didn't work.

->> Ian - Did you ever get an answer on how to get the recall handled on an NPS priority basis?

Mine is covered under the recall, but I've not experienced the issue in mine and don't want to send it right now in with state sports tournaments coming up.

->> Tim--Yes, they said to complete the process through the advisory website and include my NPS status and membership number on the packing ship. She said all repairs are opened and processed upon arrival and they will see the NPS note and give it priority status. I put it in big red letters so we'll see.

->> I went to Nikon today with my friend of 30 years, Chet Gordon, and dropped off my 750. I wasn't seeing any problems but haven't really used it much in the sun but they said my serial number was one of those affected so I figured why not.
