->> Doug, a 90K salary sure sounds like a lot, but it won't get you much in San Fran. I would say those who live in a big city often get paid less after cost of living and higher Federal tax-rate implications.

I'm fully aware of the cost in San Fran. The 90k figure appears high compared to reality in that I know many photojournalists in San Fran as I worked in California for nearly 20 years.
