Photoshelter Help.
Armando Solares, Photographer
Englewood | FL | USA | Posted: 7:32 PM on 06.30.14
->> Do any of you know how to download a shared lightbox from Photoshelter? By that I mean, I asked a client to select the pictures they needed to be "edited," and to share those photos with me. How do I download those photos to my computer without having to do it one at a time? Thanks.

->> I don't think you can do batch downloads from Lightboxes. At least I've never been able to figure out how to.

->> You could select all of them, create a gallery (click on Add To and then select New Gallery), go to the Gallery in your PS Image Browser, select all then download them.

->> Can't. Went through this the other day. Take the selects and copy them to a new gallery then download from there. Really silly way to do it but they will eventually fix it. They always do.

->> You as the photographer should be able to open the lightbox and click on the photo, where in the left hand upper corner will be a download icon. At least that is what I view when my clients share a lightbox with me.

We all know how to download the images. We want to be able to download the entire lightbox with one click and not individually.

->> Not sure about anyone else, but I'd like to be able to download multiples without them getting zipped from either a gallery or a lightbox. Zip just adds one more step for me and it isn't really needed with today's connections and speeds

My pennies worth.
