->> I'll admit that one of the papers I work for has an image in there. It was even from an assignment I shot, but it was a courtesy photo that ran, along with my images. I was pissed when they ran it with my shots, but laughed when I saw it included in this. I will also admit that I have shot the arms crossed shot more than once, but really, mine were artful and tastefully done, haha.

->> I have also decided that instead of arms crossed, from now on I am going with either "The Isaac" with both hands making guns pointed at the camera or the "Saturday Night Fever" with the finger pointed to the sky.

->> Ideas to avoid the arms crossed?? Holding props? Hands in pockets? Maybe we should adopt the thinking man pose. ... resting the chin on the hands, perhaps holding glasses or stroking a mustache deep in thought? I'm open to suggestions here.

->> How to improve it? Get your editor to give you three or four hours to follow/document your subject doing whatever it is they do that got the writer to write about them. The writer probably got that much time to work on the story, why shouldn't you?

Now, back to reality.
