PM5 Crop Tool Probelm after update

->> I just update PM5 to build R13895 and have lost the ability to apply to crop tool to images that I have process in Photoshop CS6 or in Lightroom 4. The crop tool does work on previously processed files and original files however.

Any thoughts??

Doug - It's actually a software issue that CB has patched multiple times in verson 5. It ain't the first time this has happened. I'll take a look at the thread to see if there are any temporary fixes but CB needs to double check this before releasing updates.

Thank you for the email. We have been able to reproduce the problem on our machines and we know what the solution will be. An Adobe flag needs to be reset in the XMP metadata section.

For now I

Renamed the the PM5 program folder in the Program Files (x86) folder. Then reinstalled the prior version of PM5.
