Sad news out of Cleveland
John H. Reid III, Photographer
Gates Mills | OH | USA | Posted: 2:17 PM on 03.07.13
->> Sadly I report that veteran news photographer and more importantly outstanding human being Ron Kuntz has passed away.
https://nppa.org/node/44626
My wife and I were honored several years ago to be invited to the Kuntz's 50th wedding anniversary party.
The third base photo well at Progressive Field (home of the Cleveland Indians) is named in Ron's honor.
Ron will be missed.

->> Thanks John for starting this on the message board. Ron will be missed by so many photographers for whom he help start their careers, mine included. They don't make them like Ron any more. My deepest sympathies to my friend John the rest of the Kuntz family. Rest in Peace my friend I'm sure they are all sharp now.

So busy I check the message board once a month.

Yes how very sad, another friend we will all be missing from the sidelines. I always remember Ron smiling.
