|| SportsShooter.com: Member Message Board Another big win for Patrick Smith Garrett Hubbard, Photographer Washington | D.C. | USA | Posted: 9:48 AM on 02.11.13 ->> For those of you who weren't at Nat Geo for White House News Photographers Association's contest judging this weekend I think you should know that Patrick Smith snatched up another win for his great work this past year. Yesterday he won Photographer of the Year in WHNPA's annual Eyes of History contest. http://blog.whnpa.org/post/42817012123/photographer-of-the-year You'll have to check out his Penn State sports picture story when it gets posted.
