|| SportsShooter.com: Member Message Board Flex TT5 and Flex Mini as camera remote Michael Okoniewski, Photographer Syracuse | NY | USA | Posted: 6:42 PM on 01.18.13 ->> I'm using the Pocket Wizard Flex TT5 and Mini as my trigger system for my remote camera during hoops in the Carrier Dome. It worked great last year, but not so much this year. I suspect RF interference and am going thru the 32-channels to try for a working combo. Working in the 340-354 Mz range of the units might make them really susceptible to RF. the closer I am to the unit, the better it seems to work. Just wondering if anybody is using them for remotes, has any ideas, or is the MultiMax unit the way to go. I was of course trying to stay away from a hard wire set-up. I find the range is much greater and less interference with these units over the tt5/mini combo. Also, the Mini dosent have an external antenna, and that cuts down range.
