I MAY be shooting Indiana State Football Finals there next week (assuming our 2 local teams win) and if I do, I'd love to do a field shot from up high but not sure what that will require. You'll go through the Convenstion Center to gain accees IIRC and there is minimal red tape - but that was back during late 2010's season and things could have changed.
