Lucas Oil Field catwalk access?

->> Any chance of mounting a camera above the field?? I MAY be shooting Indiana State Football Finals there next week (assuming our 2 local teams win) and if I do, I'd love to do a field shot from up high but not sure what that will require.
Thanks

| ->> It is going to require a bit of intestinal fortitude, my friend. I recently stood on the field and looked up at that thing and got a bit dizzy just THINKING about being up there. |

->> It's pretty straight forward and one of the nicest catwalks I've ever been on. You'll go through the Convenstion Center to gain accees IIRC and there is minimal red tape - but that was back during late 2010's season and things could have changed.
I have the gentlemans name back at the house if you need it. |

->> Thomas-
Thanks, if things work out, I'll just call down there early next week and see who I need to talk to. Still trying to figure out what the best lens to hang looking straight down would be... |

I would, no doubt, beside double safety cabling everything!!!!
However, not going to be necessary now as both of our local teams lost their semi-state games. So I won't be shooting at Lucas Oil field this year. :( |
