->> Man, with all these new cameras coming out, you'd think they'd announce a replacement to the D300s already. I am, however, optimistic they will do so with the "brand new DX-format CMOS sensor" that's in the D5200.

->> I gave up and bit on the D600; with indoor season coming up the FX sensor was too tempting (and the D300s-replacement maddeningly long in coming). DXO labs has it just behind the D800E and D800 at the top of the rankings and better than the D4 and D3X (sensor only, obviously). I'm very happy with it so far. Not 8 fps but a good D7000 replacement.
