->> A damn travesty. The Pro-Jo story was very clear that the layoffs were made with a mind to protect the journalism content of the paper ... and yet three talented photojournalists, and two photo editors, were laid-off.

Next time you check out your 401(k) look and see who your funds are holding in their portfolio.

Then ask yourself if you would hold those stocks if you were to buy them individually.

Your local owners who sold out for the big cash years ago are sitting in the Caymans. While the corporations are scrambling for cash. And there is little cash out there when you can get ALL of your news on an iphone.

The world is changing. And not for the better.
