The New York Service center is closed to repairs and status checks. Nikon Professional Services has also been affected so loaner processing is currently on hold. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and we appreciate your patience as we get back up and running. I was going to send one of their bodies back and last Friday UPS wasn't going to get them the package so hold on to it. I get an automated email asking where their cameras are Wednesday evening. I emailed them today again confirming the backup, so I'm just hoping they don't sue me! I'm sure its fine and that they know where the cameras are so this is the least of their concerns.
