->> I know this has been addressed before but I can not find any info on it. I have been doing more team and individuals photos lately and would like to know if any one knows where to purchase order forms and also envelopes to deliver photos when packages arrive. Thanks

->> I use blank ones and print them myself, that way if you want to change something you can and not be stuck with old forms. Something like this...

Though that is not the company I use, and product is a little different, but all could find in a quick search. For envelopes to deliver been using these...

Something they can re-use, store old photos with, etc.

->> Tom,

I purchase my order forms through a friend of mine that is a sales rep for a few printing houses. they are customozed as I need and include a duplicate form so the customer has a copy. It also has a peel off label that is used as the shipping label. It works perfectly!!

Contact me if this is something you are looking for minimum quantity is 2500.

as far as "envelopes" I use the rigid white self seal mailers from www.packagingprice.com.

Hope this helps.

Jim

->> Tom if you are using a T&I lab most also offer forms, envelopes and ordering supplies like posters announcing photo day dates etc.

I used the photo packaging from
http://www.mackaymitchellphotopak.com/ for sales that are going to be distributed by the league. For mail I too use stiff mailers such as in Jim's link.
