Yeah, I know why they steal them. They got three one night in my condos parking lot. And I know they had to make a fair amount of noise cutting them off and spent a fair amount of time doing it. And that bugs me.

You load an image with exif intact and it searches the web for other images taken with the same camera via the serial number in the exif. This one is free.

This one does the trace, but also has a proactive monitoring service, but costs $10 per camera. There is an icon for a free "sample trace". If you register before it's stolen, they have barcoded "return" to sender tages.
