I ended up tracking one down at Kenmore Camera, and cancelled my Amazon order. They actually have it in stock right now! I've used it for two shoots today so far and I'm finding that it actually focuses a lot faster than Nikon's 24mm f/1.4 and their 35mm f/1.4 It is a little oddly shaped and I'm finding a bit more distortion out of it than my 28mm f/2.8 produced, but overall it is sharp, fast, cheap (at $699.00), lightweight and the images are very color saturated.
