->> I was talking to another photographer last week and we were talking about how many people are in the business now. We brought up some issues that newbie photographers would not even think of, the first being man thats a great photo backlit and standing in that tall grass , but did you ever think that there could also be a rattle snake in the grass also, who would be responsible if a child or teenager got bit? What about that wedding photographer that is shooting a family group photo, and ask the brides 95 year old grandmother to come up to the stage to get in the photo, she falls off and doesn't have sufficient medical insurance and cant afford it and a ambulance chaser lawyer said hey lets go after the photographer cause they are the one that ask her to get on the stage. What about that remote you put up way high above on a cat walk. I have only known one arena that I have set up in ask for "PROOF OF INSURANCE". You know these are just a couple of examples of why to have LIABILITY insurance. It doesnt cost you an arm and a leg, and it can save you some hard ache if it ever happens.
