Steven Branscombe, Photographer

->> As is the job to get to the center of the field to capture the coaches handshake isn't difficult enough, the photographer in this video had to try to get around an aggressive state trooper.

->> Looks to me light the photographer might have gotten a little too close. With all the fans pouring out on the field you don't know who might want to get on the ten o'clock news. Trooper looks like he was just doing his job. (At least to my eyes anyway.)

->> A few points...

1. See that guys shoulder...he has brass on the shoulder, that makes him a lieutenant - at least.
2. You don't tap/push a cop on the should to get out of the way of your shot. He is doing his job. How about moving ur rear end to get a clean shot.
3. The photog is lucky all he got was an elbow. If there had been more mayhem in close proximity, he might have gotten much worse.

Why would you ever tap a cop on the shoulder FROM BEHIND in a situation like that to get a handshake photo?

I would have pushed that photographer harder than the Trooper did. He was out of line and pushing on the Trooper.
