You'd have to send it to your local repair shop. If you don't have a favorite, I can recommend Mid-State Photo in RI. Sure it's far, but worth it. It could be as simple as you've partially unplugged the connection from the dial to the body. You may also want to check on a place in Garland, TX. I'd go by there frequently to check out their used equipment and occasionally have them fix a camera, but that was back in the film days.
