->> Big thanks to LiveBooks and their new photojournalism initiative for sponsoring the seminar's new website.

Please be sure to check out the line up of great speakers this year. There is a limited enrollment multimedia workshop on Thursday taught by BIll Frakes and Laura Heald brought for free to the first 30 enrollees by the good folks at Nikon. Make sure to catch that and the rest of the speakers. Also...contest entries are digital for the first time this year.

->> A great line-up of speakers. I am going to try my best to sneak down for a weekend of inspiration.

I find it interesting, though, that the speaker line-up doesn't include any current newspaper staffers. I guess we are becoming irrelevant. ;)

->> The new site looks great - nice work to all involved!

For people who are on the fence I highly recommend attending this workshop. It is a intimate affair and a great time. I went in 2004, and I have a few professional relationships and friendships that developed there which still remain strong to this day.

Wishing I could go -

P.S. Kevin - great work on the nppa visual student blog!
