| ->> Has anyone heard of an issue with the Exposure Manager site? I use it for online sales and could not get to any of my events gallery or even to the Exposure Manager home page. They are usually good about posting known issues. But I have not heard of an issue. Has anyone heard anything? |

Hi everybody,
Our data center was, with the help of all your traceroutes, able to isolate the issue between an outside router (that was NOT part of our data center's network) and Comcast. They notified both Comcast and the company hosting the router. I don't know where the culprit was but we are receiving reports from multiple users that they can access the site again.
If you were effected by this, please try again. If it doesn't work, please let us know so we can continue to follow up on this. Hopefully that won't be necessary.
Thank you to everybody who sent in traceroutes and for your patience and understanding. I'd like to reiterate that it was not a problem inside's EM network but I know that the end result is the same which is why we tried hard to find out where the problem was. Thanks again!
