Sync Cord from Pocketwizard or Flash Zebra?
Ryan Timm, Student/Intern, Photographer
Bradley | IL | USA | Posted: 2:14 AM on 06.02.09
->> I am wanting to fire my Canon 580 EXII Flashes with Pocketwizards. I am looking at the cords from Pocketwizard and I also found a cord from Flash Zebra.

My question is, has anyone heard of flash zebra? And if so, are they reliable? Or should I spend the extra cash and go for the Pocketwizard version?

Thanks in advance everyone.

->> I've used remote cables and other flash items (hot shoes, etc) from Flash Zebra. I haven't had any problems and I like supporting the small business versus the giant corporation.

->> When (or maybe if, the way the economy is going) I get my 30D a new shutter, I plan on purchasing a Flash Zebra Screwlock sync cord. (The backup camera doesn't have a PC port.)

I've also read they have good customer service on other forums.
