->> And they'll no doubt get tens of thousands of photos submitted. Thats the difference between being a working professional photographer with good business sense and a person with a camera who wants to see their photo of them and their buddies holding up a #1 sign and sticking their tounge out for the camera. A good photographer knows to read the fine print and more importantly understands what they are agreeing to.

Given they will have no problems getting submissions why not make it a total rights grab is how I'm sure MSNBC and its legal department see the issue.
