How do you adapt a Nikon lens to Canon or Canon to Nikon

->> This works to put Nikon lenses on an EOS body. I have a different version. The lens will not autofocus, there is no AI function (the screen will get darker as the lens is stopped down), and only a few exposure modes work. I don't know of any Canon to Nikon version (which doesn't mean it isn't out there somewhere!) http://www.adorama.com/CZNKEOSA.html

->> As far as I recall there is no way to adapt a Canon lens to a Nikon body.It has to do with the diameter of the Canon lens being larger then the Nikon F mount.

->> I have used the Novoflex adapter that Corey / John reference and it works fine. It's expensive, but in use it's a solid piece of kit. I was using it with manual focus macro lenses, so the lack of AF and exposure limits wasn't an issue.
