->> Boeing's in flight internet system is apparently being reborn on a few American Airlines flights. Last time around it failed miserably, mostly due to the price tab and cost recoup schedules. As much I enjoyed surfing the web on an overseas flight, the $30-$40 connection fee wasn't worth it until the 5th or 6th Jack and Coke.

It appears AA is looking to charge $10-$13 for the service "depending on the length of the flight".

While you can download, I wonder if we'll be able to connect to FTP?

Might be kind of nice to be able to connect to an online archive while in the air...
