Oh, S***!! That first one is a bit jolting! If photography is meant to evoke emotion, you succeeded. I won't reveal why to the uninitiated, but GREAT work, there my friend... As for the site itself, I have always been told that you should build a thumbnail gallery from which people can browse so editors can glance and enlarge what they want to see in detail. I went to each category and couldn't wait to advance to the next unknown image. They were all so strong that I had to see them all. What stands out in your work is the interesting angles and perspectives that you often shoot from. Very few straight on shots and a lot of shots looking up on or down on the subjects. My one comment would be that I think the "Story" images could use captions beyond the opening "slide."
