I found Ray very late in life. I first encountered Ray's work on MediaStorm.org about 4 months ago. I loved his piece confronting his Parkinson's disease and recently had a chance to look at some of his other stuff located on MediaStorm and also at Off-Center Productions. I'm starting to dabble in video these days and looking at his work is truly inspirational. No wonder he won so many Emmy's.
