->> Hey Matt, I'll be making the trip to "The School Up North," as UNR is called down here in Vegas. It's a day game, so lighting wont be a problem. I haven't shot there in a couple years, so I can’t remember many details.

The tailgate starts at 11 a.m., which should provide for some good fan art. Lots of “F-UNR” and “F-UNLV” shirts. Since it’s up there, I wouldn't wear much red, as the fans can get a little hostile. Mostly just choice words and airing out of the middle fingers though. The sidelines shouldn't be too crowded as they in-state rivalry game isn't even televised down here in Las Vegas, so hopefully not many video people running around.

As far as the game goes, the Rebels have a couple good receivers #88, #80, but we’re more of a running team with #4, who had one of the better games in recent school history last week. Freshman QB #16 has done well, he likes to run. Also watch for linebacker #2 on the Rebel defense. He’ll be near almost every play.

See ya there!

->> Louie, glad to see the rivalry is healthy. That was a nice dig.

Matt, I'll be photographing the Nevada v. "University of Not-a-lot-of Victories" game Saturday.

Park on the fifth floor of the garage near the bridge. that'll take you straight into the stadium, near the press box. It's wireless and open.

If you need to file from outside the stadium, there's wireless at Fritz's Bar on Virginia, Record St. Cafe and we're about half a mile from a Starbuck's.

The football SID is Chad Hartley. His contact info is 775-682-6982 or hartleyc@unr.edu.

If you, or anyone, has any other questions about the town, the game, the rivalry, the cannon, the facilities, the players, etc., let me know. I'm happy to help.

See you guys Saturday.

->> Matt,

Campus is undergoing some serious renovations. I know they were supposed to move the ticket office this fall, but the last time I was at Legacy Hall (our athletics office) it was still in the old location. Either way, it should be near the south entrance (the one with the wolves).

If you need to contact the ticket office, the phone number is:

(775) 348-PACK

If you have any questions when you get into town. I'm at (775) 848-3510
