After you have reset both MM, try firing a flash with them. If it does not work, hit the test button on the receiver and see if it fires. Also, try port 1 and 2. The way you have it currently set, you're transmitting on Channel 1, receiving on 1 and with relay on the receiver switches to transmit mode and goes to transmit again on channel 1. I don't actually think it's the problem, but it's a good place to start. When you try to trigger the receiver, does the light on the receiver blink/activate?
